My INDS Degree
I designed my major to focus on Management, Advertising, and Entrepreneurship. Management courses cover various aspects of managing a business, including organizational behavior, human resources, operations management, and strategic planning. Through these courses, I will gain skills in leadership, decision-making, and project management. These are critical for overseeing teams, managing resources, and ensuring that business operations run smoothly. Effective management is key to implementing successful advertising strategies and achieving business goals.

✅Management: The management courses will provide a solid foundation in key business functions such as HR management, business law, and operations, which are essential for effective organizational leadership. These courses will also enhance my strategic decision-making skills and ethical considerations, both crucial for successful advertising and business administration. ✅Advertising: These classes will equip me with crucial skills in social media management, content creation, and effective communication strategies. By taking these courses I will learn to craft compelling messages, produce engaging content, analyze media trends, design effective campaigns, understand communication theories, conduct research, and apply advertising principles to entrepreneurial ventures. These courses will help me understand consumer behavior and utilize various digital platforms to reach and influence target audiences, all of which are vital for successful advertising and business operations (MCS 222, 366, 377, 388, 399, ENTR 320)
✅Entrepreneurship: The entrepreneurship courses will equip me with the ability to identify market opportunities, develop innovative business ideas, and create comprehensive business plans. These skills are crucial for advertising and business administration as they foster creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of how to launch and grow successful businesses.
