INDS Peer Mentoring Program

The INDS Peer Mentoring Program provides first-year students with the opportunity to connect with a student in their junior or senior year who will serve as a mentor throughout the course of the first semester. Our goal is to ensure that first-year students excel in their academics, personal growth, and interpersonal relationships in conjunction with the college’s core values and mission.

The commitment to the INDS Peer Mentoring Program is for one semester, although you can continue the mentoring relationship after the semester is over. A mentor can offer to be paired with more than one mentee, and a mentee can request to have more than one mentor.
